Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance Booking Policy for Professional Consulting Services 1. General Booking Guidelines: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Clients are required to provide accurate contact information and any relevant details about their consulting needs. 2. Online Consulting Sessions: Online sessions will be conducted via [preferred platform, e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams]. Clients will receive a link to join the session 24 hours before the scheduled time. Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the session. Any technical issues should be reported immediately to reschedule the session if necessary. 3. In-Person Consulting Sessions: In-person sessions will be held at [office location or agreed venue]. Clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If a client is running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time. 4. Consulting Sessions: Consulting sessions can be tailored to specific needs, including strategy development, project management, and more. A detailed agenda will be provided before the session. Clients are encouraged to prepare any questions or topics they wish to discuss in advance. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. 6. Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking.
